Menu

Kinela meals are designed by our team of dietitians and nutritionists in accordance with our own strict nutritional guidelines, which ensure that meals are comprised of nutritious ingredients from the five food groups. All meals are portion and calorie controlled, contain a minimum of 1.5 serves of vegetables and meet specific requirements around fibre, saturated fat, sugar and sodium levels.

Kinela is proud to offer a health solution for all our customers through a complimentary nutrition consultation where a meal plan for your specific health needs can be recommended. All our meals have been designed to cater to long-term health needs and our team can make an individual assessment and plan that suits your needs best.

We are unable to provide gluten free or dairy free meals at this time. We do provide meals that are made without wheat and/or dairy containing ingredients, however they are prepared in an open kitchen with meals that contain these allergens, so some foods may come into contact with each other while being prepared. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food.

All main meals contain between 1.5-2 serves of vegetables, which is almost 40% of the daily requirement of 5 serves for an adult.

We are proud to say all or our vegetables are Australian-sourced, with the exception of Spinach from Belgium and some legumes. All meat and poultry is Australian-sourced, with fish sourced from both Australia and New Zealand.

Whilst we are not a ‘weight loss’ company, weight loss can be achieved if this is one of your health goals. Our meals are satisfying, well-balanced and designed to enable healthy and sustainable eating habits.

Simply let us know when creating your health profile that weight loss is a priority and we will ensure that your Kinela program is tailored around your desired health goals.

We are constantly updating our menu to bring you more options and seasonal variety. You can see the latest options and full menu here. If you would like a printed copy to have at home, we would be happy to post one to you. Contact us to request yours.

Yes we are working on this. We will be providing texture modified meal choices towards the middle of 2020. Please contact our team to find out more.
