We hope you’re just as excited about the holiday period as we are. During this period, there are a few changes to your delivery days and times depending on your delivery area. To make sure you know how and when to place or order and when to expect your delivery, we have created a calendar for you to refer to!

Weekly order cut-off times
To ensure our dedicated team are able to process and pack your delivery on time over the holiday period, your order cut off time is moving ahead 24 hours on the weeks of Christmas and New Years.
The cut-off time of 5pm on Tuesday will be very strict so to make sure you don’t miss out. We can place a future order for you nice and early so you don’t need to worry about it!
There are important changes to your delivery day if you live in Adelaide, Goulburn, Brisbane, Ipswich, Blue Mountains, Bathurst or Wollongong. Check below for updates in your area.
Your dedicated customer service team are here to help through the holiday season. The office will be closed on public holidays only – Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day.
